Our Refund Policy

In case you haven’t heard, the IgnitionDeck products are under new management this year.

We’re all very excited to dig into this business and take it to the next level, but so far we have not made too many changes while we’re still getting oriented with how to operate it and best serve its customers.

That’s all about to change, because the first big change we’re excited to announce is the implementation of the company’s first ever refund policy.

Previous management held the position that open source software is impossible to “return”, which is technically true –  there is no way for us to take it away from you after you’ve downloaded it. But over the last few years the WordPress plugin ecosystem has evolved dramatically, and it’s no longer acceptable to refuse refunds when our products do not solve whatever problem they were bought to solve.

So, effective immediately, we will happily refund any purchase within 30 days.

To request a refund, please send an email to support@ignitionwp.com with a helpful description of what we could have done differently to keep your business. We’ll get back to you within 1 business day, just like any other support request.
