    Hi Gerald,

We did not delete the pages, they still exist in your WordPress instance. If you wish to replace the menu pages currently displayed you can do so via Appearance – Menus. A few of the pages we created; Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy for example, serve as a guide for your current site information. You are free to copy the information from Site Policies and paste them into the pages we created or simply use your pages instead of ours.

The Valet Service took care of plugins and theme configuration per our guidelines, and made sure the payment gateways were working properly as they should. As it stands your site is ready to accept users’ projects and their funds.

    Hi Martin,

Under what plugin interface exactly are you getting that error, any screenshots would also be helpful.

Any plugin modifications done on your end?

    Hi Joe,

Can you double check that IPN is properly set on your account? The IPN is found under your Profile > Selling Tools > Instant Payment Notification. It should look like so:

Also, could you also try creating a product under IDC – Product Settings, check “create checkout page” and test that page to see if the form completes the purchase process.

    Hi Hussein,

To clarify, are you editing your own user profile or that of another user?

Any details on the error that you’re currently getting?

    Thanks

    Hi Walter,

    1. Any details on the error message? Where is it being displayed?

    2. The fees are taken on a payment by payment basis. Once you have enabled PayPal Adaptive + PayPal for Creators and Stripe Connect, you will have two additional menu options under IDC. You can either set a percentage or dollar fee amount. Reference.

    3. Please see the following regarding the payment gateways, the links below the sidebar are also helpful. There is no confirmation page per say, once the checkout process has been completed, the users will see a thank you pop up with the order information, the same receipt can be viewed under their user dashboard in the orders tab. When using PayPal, since the checkout process is completed on their site, PayPal will be sending a payment receipt email.

    4. It would require plugin modifications to emulate their process. Please see our Verified Developer Program for more details regarding custom work.

    5. It would not be possible to exchange one for the other, you would have to buy Fundify. As a note, they differ in some functions but are not far from each other. For example, there is no theme options interface under Fundify as there are in CrowdPress.

    Hi Taehoon,

    I apologize for the delay.

The Bitcoin Payments plugin will only work when the Legacy IgnitionDeck commerce platform has been selected and active. The ID Commerce platform, included with Enterprise does have its own Coinbase solution integrated, as you already know.

Oh I see, it would then mostly be a style-sheet modification issue.

The correct method/answer however would be beyond the scope of the support forums.

Sorry Maneco, that is the order of things. Facebook’s code expects a document/image instead of the embedded video. If for example you were to host a video on your site, instead of embedding, and you were to share that page, Facebook would most likely be displaying the video.

Great to hear that, it’s one of the main differences between submitting from the admin back-end and front-end-submission form. The FES form takes care of product creation and assignment.

    Hi Steve,

So a reward level depends on their assigned IDC Product in order for the purchase page to be properly generated, as they are dynamically created on a product/reward level basis. When there is no product assigned to a reward level, the purchase page will show as empty, no information is being pulled. While the products themselves may exist on their own and you can even create a checkout page for each product using shortcodes [idc_checkout product="#"], reward levels cannot.

Regarding the investor levels, it is quite possible if the two IDC Products; Accredited Investors & Retail Investors, grant access to different projects. That way only those users will be able to view and contribute to their own available projects.

To have both users have access to the same project and at the same time have one type of user be able to donate higher amounts? That would require plugin modification, there is currently no way to limit payment amounts.

    Hope that clarifies things.

    Hi Ludwig,

From the tests we have done, it is definitely a curl issue that is blocking the licenses from validating. Would you be able to contact your host and ask for any information regarding the Apache/PHP error and access logs to see if anything is being blocked?

Also, would it be possible for you to send us FTP access to your server, along with any server logs? If so, please feel free to send them to our email address: hello@ ignitionwp.com.

    Thanks

Both Enterprise and Commerce keys displayed as valid on my setup. I’m also seeing your account with the appropriate access in our end.

Would you be able to turn on WP_DEBUG and check what displays on the log once you click on validate and save?

On a somewhat similar issue/note, no images are being displayed under IgnitionDeck – Themes or Extensions.

Edit: Any possibility of trying it out having Wordfence disabled?

    Hi Joe,

Those two interface pages are pulling information (images) from our IgnitionDeck.com domain.

Any possibilities that a security plugin is blocking those requests? Also, can you confirm that your licenses are being displayed as valid?

    Hi Christopher,

Were all of those steps done through the Front-End-Submission form?

If you had created the new reward through the back-end admin interface, you would then need to create the desired product inside IDC – Product Settings and assign the product to the appropriate level in IDC – Crowdfunding.

    Hi Ross,

That particular function is used on those first-time PayPal users who complete the payment process before account creation. Once those users have submitted the payment, they receive an email with a specific URL link+key. The link redirects them to the membership-registration page, empty by default since it gets dynamically generated.

If you go to IDC – Email and choose the “Registration Email(PayPal)” template, you will see a “{{REG_LINK}}” field.

    Hi Steve,

You can check “Enable Offline Purchases” under IDC – Gateways and save. This would make it so users will be able to submit offline payments without entering any information. The downside to this would be that those “payments” are displayed in the front-end progress goal from the get go, with or without confirmation.

The alternative would be to first receive the physical offline payments and then manually add them through IDCF – Orders.

    Bernard,

Any possibilities of backing up those changes and trying updated default versions? One other option would be to try a WordPress installation on another sub-domain or sub-folder and check to make sure everything is working at first, then try your changes one by one.

    Hi Alexander,

Regarding the translation files, the main solution would be to start a fresh translation by using the main English .PO files. This is because the main .PO files are updated every plugin update, the others are not. This makes it so that, while you have the phrases translated, the .PO file does not have all the variables.

I hope I clarified that, let me know if it’s not clear.

    Hi Rob,

Definitely on your account, the one with the credentials being used under IDC – Gateways.

You will be able find and learn more information regarding IPN in PayPal’s own documents, they are quite thorough.

    Hi Maneco,

The sharing issue is now fixed, just had to run it through Facebook’s own debug tool. I just tested it and the image is displaying fine.

Regarding the translations, can you confirm you have translated both phrases/words inside “idcommerce/languages/” and “ignitiondeck-crowdfunding/languages”?

I believe Brett’s issue are with the images being expanded and/or resized when the images are smaller.

    Faruque,

Any particular modifications on your end? The issue would mostly likely be within the Backer theme settings and options. As reference; please see Krown Theme’s support forums.

    Hi Jerome,

Please see the following page regarding sidebars. You would basically include that particular sidebar inside the Fundify template page: “front-page-project.php”.

Another alternative would be to add the [project_grid] shortcode to a given page using the Default Template and made that page the home page. You would then add your desired widgets to the default sidebar.
