    I don’t see why the theme itself would be an issue. I believe the problem lies within the web-server permission issues.

    You can however test it yourself by using our free 500 Framework theme.

    The projects themselves were manually created, not done through an import or cloning of a previous one, correct?

    Any modifications to the theme itself?

    Hi David,

    Any recent updates maybe, or was that always the case?

    Can you try de/re-activating (do not delete) the ID Framework, Crowdfunding and Commerce plugins. Then go into the project via Projects – Edit Project and update. Once you have done this, check the project grid for any changes.

    Hi Damian,

    I’m sorry to hear about the situation. Have you tried assigning the newly created IDC products to the appropriate reward levels under IDC – Crowdfunding? You may have to “Clear” the connection if the boxes are grayed-out.

    Hi Joe,

    1. If you go to that project’s page via the back-end admin interface, what is the permalink of that project set to? Also, make sure that on the right side the Project URL is set to the current project.

    2. Please try de/reactivating (do not delete) the IgnitionDeck plugins then going into the project page and update. Could be a database re-connection issue. Can you also go into IDC – Crowdfunding and make sure the desired products are properly assigned to the appropriate levels.

    Hi Maneco,

    I’m afraid not, the PayPal redirect/popup is required in order to complete the payment process through PayPal’s own site.

    You could reword the green PayPal button to include (Pop-up).

    Maneco,

    I responded to your other thread: https://ignitiondeck.com/id/forums/thread/backers-issue-bug/#post-44633

    Please change the price of the IDC product set to the reward level to $15. You currently have two different prices, reward level is set to $15, product to $10. You can edit the product under IDC – Configurações Do Producto.

    “Lar Meimei – Ajude-nos a educar 42 crianças, moral e civicamente!: 10 vezes obrigado!”

    The good news though is that the amount goal is being recorded and updated, it’s just that the backers are not properly displaying.

    Hi Hussein,

    It sounds like a server access issue, are you able to check your server error/access logs for more details?

    Your host service might have more details regarding the issue.

    Joe,

    Is your current PayPal setup under Standard or Adaptive? If using Adaptive, please try testing payments once again while having an empty IPN field.

    Hi Andy,

    The return URL field inside our plugins is mostly used for PayPal Standard, it is not required for PayPal Adaptive. You can remove it for now.

    The IPN however is set inside the PayPal account interface itself under Profile > Selling Tools > Instant Payment Notification. But for now though, please test the payments having an empty IPN field.

    I believe the issue lies within the Pre-Approval Period (in days), it is currently set to 0. Please set it to 364. Reference regarding PayPal Adaptive.

    Hi Alexander,

    If there are new variables, then yes, else the website would be displaying the English translations instead.

    You won’t however have to start fresh from a non-translated file. You would simply open your current translation in Poedit, go to Catalog – Update from POT File, select the updated English version .PO file and open.

    Edit: The iDeal extension/module is not yet ready for public release, we have however added your comments to the ticket. We will update on any new information.

    Hi Ruud,

    While using the Legacy IgnitionDeck platform, you are indeed not using the features provided by ID Commerce; including the front-end dashboard, project submission form, among other features.

    Your current issue being that you’re not seeing the customer information (name, email) inside our plugins’ order interface or through the payment gateway?

    Hi Kent,

    With default settings, a dashboard page is created when the IDC plugin is installed and selected as the commerce platform under IgnitionDeck – IDCF Commerce Settings.

    Please go to the back-end admin interface and see if you currently have a Dashboard page created and make sure it has the following shortcode inside; idc_dashboard. For the next step, please go to IDC – Dashboard Setup and select the proper Dashboard page. It should be working once you save.

    If you however wish to use the “Register” page instead, simply paste the shortcode idc_dashboard inside the page.

    It definitely does, at the moment the draft function triggers the notify_creator function which sends that initial notification. Just wanted to make sure you were indeed at least getting that initial email.

    If you wish to hide the “Save Draft” button temporarily, you may do so by editing the file “plugins/ignitiondeck-crowdfunding/classes/class-id_fes.php” and in line 634, remove the submit word to make it look like so:

    'type' => '',

    Hi Umesh,

    Welcome to the forums!

    The IgnitionDeck CrowdFunding plugin and an active license will fix the purchase page issue since it would provide proper access to the payment settings. The users will also be able to complete the checkout page and donate successfully.

    The user dashboard interface however is provided by ID Commerce, which is included inside ID+Membership or the Enterprise package. In order to have users sign up and submit their projects, an Enterprise license is required.

    Could be related to the two other projects; Camille and Le diner having the one IDC product assigned to all their reward levels. Have you already process their pre-authorizations and captured the funds?

    Hi Benjamin,

    Progress is being done in the ticket/issue, there is however no working fix at the moment.

    To clarify, even though the user themselves receive a project submission email, you as the admin do not? Even when saved as draft or submitted for review?

    Also, what do you currently have for line 1054 of file “plugins/idcommerce/inc/idcommerce-ide.php”? I remember a previous thread where that line was changed.

    add_action('ide_fes_create', 'md_ide_notify_creator', 5, 6);

    Hi Andres,

    Any details inside the payment gateway itself? The pre-authorizations themselves simply hold the required information to begin the fund capture process, which is also saved in the gateway.

    Are you currently able to test using test payments instead of live?

    Hi Ross,

    You are indeed correct, any text/html in the dashboard page would only be showing inside the Dashboard tab. You would need to modify plugin files to make it show on all tabs. As a note, the dashboard is currently generated using either the idc_dashboard or memberdeck_dashboard shortcodes.

    One alternative, would be to make a custom template with the desired HTML and assign the dashboard page to used said template. For example, if you were to select a default, non-full-width template, the dashboard page would be showing with a sidebar.

    Hi Maneco,

    I’ve checked your site, the orders are now properly displaying with their appropriate value inside both IDC and IDCF – orders interfaces. It might be that your hosting service might have some cache features in place by default.

    Regarding the backer display issue, your reward level is set to 15.00 but the IDC product is set to 10.00, you may want to change either the IDC product or the reward level to reflect the correct amount. As of now though, those users have already donated at the $10.00 price point.

    Hi Joe,

    As per our other thread, wp_debug might provide some insight to the issue. Your web-server (Apache, Nginx)’s error logs may also provide some information regarding the images not showing up as they are pulled using WordPress’ own php_curl function.

    Would it be possible for you to enable wp_debug per the following instructions and check the debug.log file found inside the /wp-content folder? It could provide some insight into where the problem lies.

    What about existing IDC products, are you able to select and view them?

    Also, would it be possible for you to enable wp_debug per the following instructions and check the debug.log file found inside the /wp-content folder? It could provide some insight into where the problem lies.

    @Shaun

    The PayPal test/sandbox APP ID is: APP-80W284485P519543T. If you have a live/approved PayPal Adaptive application, you will be able to find your own APP ID under PayPal’s website, Profile -> My Selling Tools -> API Access.

    @Martin

    I got that error message using existing PayPal accounts, it must be something else. Can you confirm that your IDCF license is showing as valid under IDCF – License Settings?

    Also, would it be possible to enable wp_debug per the following instructions and check the debug.log file found under the /wp-content folder? It would provide some insight into where exactly the problem lies.

    Martin,

    Just got to your email message, thanks.

    So the error message is displaying on the site itself resulting on the rest of the page not even displaying.

    Have you done any plugin customization on your end?
