Yes. Still getting the error.
Product created via FES. The product is associated with the level (IDC>Crowdfunding).
We were supposed to go live last week. Is there any way to escalate this problem? Thanks for all your help.
Here’s a link to the screenshot of the 4681 error: http://threefishfunding.com/Stripe-4681-error.jpg
I am using live mode. The users Stripe account shows as connected in the dashboard.
I have also been in touch with Stripe tech support. Here’s their take on it:
So that specific error code would come from IgnitionDeck I think and the best solution would be to get in touch with them directly so that they can explain what is currently causing the issue here. From what I can tell your code is successfully creating a token and then a customer from that token so I’m not sure what the error is here exactly but it’s not coming directly from Stripe at the moment and something else is wrong in your integration.
All the best,
That was my last response from Stripe tech support. I can send our whole conversation if needed.
Thanks again for all your help!
I am using the most current version of the plugins.
That worked. I am able to checkout. But now when I check out, I am receiving error 4681 using Stripe connect. Any ideas? Thanks for all your help!
Front end submission. When I go to IDC >IDC and click the product drop down window, it doesn’t show any products. Thoughts? I even tried to create a product manually. It created successfully but then it does not show up in the drop down windows. I made some changes to the class-id_fes.php file in order to customize the form my clients see. Could that be the problem?
When I try to give $1.00 to this particular project, here’s the page I go to.June 11, 2015 at 9:30 am in reply to: Dropdown options displayed in the wrong place. (IE only) #35665

I figured out it was a PHP problem. Please close. Thanks.
