    Hey Ashlee, We’ve fixed the bug! I logged in and made some changes in the code for you so you’re all set.

    For anyone else using only PayPal Adaptive and experiencing this bug, you need to delete line 162 and 163 from your idcommerce / js / idcommerce.js file

    Delete these two lines:

    jQuery(".pw").parents('.form-row').hide();
    jQuery(".cpw").parents('.form-row').hide();

    Hi John,

    Are you using Stripe Connect for this? If so, under the connect tab in your Stripe Dashboard, what is the redirect URI for your production environment set to?

    Also, do you have any webhooks set in the webhook tab?

    Also, can you please send us details for an admin login and delete the account I created earlier. Thanks.

    You can find your IPN history here: https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-ipns-history — If it’s turned off, turn it on and make another payment.

    The IPN history will tell us more about the communication between your site and PayPal.

    Hi Patrick,

    The next version of IDC will have support added, but for now you can get a head start with the following code. You’ll have to edit two different files.

    In idcommerce / templates / admin / _gatewaySettings.php on line 125 you will see some code for GBP.

    You can add this code below it on a new line:

    <option value="DKK" <?php echo (isset($stripe_currency) && $stripe_currency == 'DKK' ? 'selected="selected"' : ''); ?>><?php _e('DKK', 'memberdeck'); ?></option>

    Then in the idcommerce / idcommerce-functions.php file on line 1154 you’ll see this: switch($currency) { – At the bottom of that list, before the last } you can add the following:

    case 'DKK':
        $ccode = 'kr';
        break;

    Let us know if you have any trouble.

    Hi Tamas,

    I had a look at your site. Are you getting the money at the other end of PayPal? Is it showing up in the other account? We’re going to need some information from PayPal. Like Andrew said, can you check inside of your PayPal account and look at the IPN history. Tell us what you see there.

    Thanks.

    RC and Ashlee,

    Here’s the fix you need. In your theme functions file, please make the following changes.

    File: crowdpress/_theme_settings/theme-functions.php

    From Line 248 up to 260 should now look like this:

    function js_social_buttons($post_id,$post_excerpt){

    	global $post;
    	if (use_id()) {
    		$social_settings = maybe_unserialize(get_option('idsocial_settings'));
    		$settings = (object) $social_settings['social_checks'];

    		$hide_facebook = (isset($settings->prod_page_fb) && $settings->prod_page_fb ? 0 : 1);
    		$hide_twitter = (isset($settings->prod_page_twitter) && $settings->prod_page_twitter ? 0 : 1);
    		$hide_google = (isset($settings->prod_page_google) && $settings->prod_page_google ? 0 : 1);
    		$hide_pinterest = (isset($settings->prod_page_pinterest) && $settings->prod_page_pinterest ? 0 : 1);
    		$hide_linkedin = (isset($settings->prod_page_linkedin) && $settings->prod_page_linkedin ? 0 : 1);
    	}
    	else {

    Let us know how that works for you.

    Hi RC and Ashlee,

    I’ve traced the issue of the social icons not displaying back to the release of ID Social. The code in CrowdPress is still looking for the settings in the old location where they used to be saved.

    We’ll get that fixed for you and give you an update shortly.

    Hi Ryan,

    The way IgnitionDeck is set up with PPA is like this: Money moves from the donor to the site admin where the site admin cut is taken out. Then the rest gets transferred to the project creator. I believe you are able to choose at what stage the PayPal fee is taken from. If you set it so you take no fee, 100% will get passed on to the project creator.

    That should work with your situation, right? The only difference is that the project creator is the secondary receiver.

    Andrew, this isn’t something that IgnitionDeck does without modification. One way of getting around this is to create a custom project with all the appropriate levels and copy the links that they create when directing to the checkout. You can see something similar was suggested here: https://ignitiondeck.com/id/forums/thread/free-amount/

    What I think you could do is, after copying the links, revert that project to pending status (the level links should still work for the checkout page). Then you’ll need to come up with a way to have a text field where users can enter a number and have that sent to the URL in place of the price value at the end: http://tifie.org/2015/donate/?purchaseform=1&prodid=4&level=1&price=2000.00

    Hi Andrew,

    This is because you’ve set up custom content on your donate page. Maybe you could make a page called ‘Complete Donation’ or similar and set that as the purchase page in IDCF > Project Settings instead of your Donate page.

    Yes, that is what I meant. Sorry, it needs to be inside some < ?php ?> tags.

    Now that you’ve done that, you can copy all the long description content to the post content area and place shortcodes where ever you’d like. Just remove the long description code from that area in your child theme.

    If you’re using Enterprise, there’s no way this can be done at the moment from the front end submission form. It all has to be manual. Does that work for you?

    Gunnar, there’s no need to react in such a way. Please be more respectful on the forums.

    To show the password fields, please see this post: https://ignitiondeck.com/id/forums/thread/sign-up-form-not-displaying-password-fields/#post-31125

    After doing this, do you still get the error from your first post above?

    I’ve checked your site and it looks like everything is set up correctly. Except that you have it set to receive 9% instead of 5%. You can change that here: http://www.payforpal.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=idc-enterprise-settings

    Hey Logan,

    What normally should happen is that it should auto login for the one time, so that the user can see the receipt / thank you.

    It may be something with your browser – maybe your security settings. This process works using cookies. Can you tell us what browser you have and what the security settings are for it?

    Guest checkout still creates an account for the user, in case they want to come back later. The account just doesn’t have a password.

    That’s the default behaviour at the moment for it to redirect to the /dashboard. It may be something we improve upon in the future.

    Let’s go through those pictures one by one.

    1. These strings are in the ID Commerce translation file. It’s found in idcommerce/languages/en_US.po – You can see the ones that haven’t been translated on your screenshot here: http://cl.ly/image/1s2q0l0j1s3r – Once you have made your translations, you’ll need to save it as memberdeck-xx_XX(.po/.mo)

    2. These strings are all in the ID Commerce translation file too: http://cl.ly/image/3V1p3S230g0E

    3. These strings are in the Crowdpress theme translation. When you’re finished with that file, you just name it xx_XX(.po/.mo) and save it in your theme’s languages file. Make sure you keep a back up of it.

    4. These are also in the CrowdPress translation. The ‘Level Title’ is actually the name of the level so you can change information in the edit project screen.

    For the admin screens:

    5. This is all set in the IgnitionDeck plugin. See the file here: ignitiondeck/languages/en_US.po – this time save it as idf-xx_XX(.po/.mo)

    6. This is translated in the ID Commerce plugin as above.

    7. The last one where you haven’t been able to translate ‘Deck Builder’ is found in the IgnitionDeck plugin. It seems you translated most everything else on that page. Can you search for Deck Builder in that .po file? http://cl.ly/image/4638260L3R25

    Let us now how you go.

    in reply to: search results – word overlap #31955

    It looks like you’ve added some custom code that adds a highlight around the search term that you’ve used. In doing so, because it’s a span, it has picked up the following CSS code:

    .entry h3 span { position: absolute; width: 16px; height: 16px; background: url(_theme_styles/images/h3-entry.png) no-repeat 0 bottom; top: 3px; left: -30px; }

    Which is why you see that little + sign as well as the search term over on the left (the background image and absolute position are doing this).

    That CSS was designed for a different section of code.

    Are the IDC products for each level set to pre-order or order?

    Hi Abraham,

    The way the chained payments are set up to work with IgnitionDeck are as follows:

    User sends $100 to Project. PayPal takes out their fees from the $100. It gets funnelled through the primary receiver’s account (the site admin / yourself) where you take your fee. If 5% you keep $5 of the $100. Then the remaining money goes to the secondary receiver’s account (project creator). They’ll get the $100 – PayPal fee – $5 which will be about $90-92.

    I can’t log in to your site as the credentials we have don’t work any more. You’re welcome to send new ones to support@ignitionwp.com
