    Do you have a URL we can test with? As Emma noted, we don’t enforce the browser context for paypal sessions. If you can shoot a URL we’ll have a look. =)

    Hi Pablo,
    Which web server you use has no bearing on IgnitionDeck. Nginx works just fine. I’d be curious to know about your environments for each site.

    Hey folks,

    We have an update here. We’ve completed QA on the SCA update to our Ignition Deck Commerce plugin and have delivered a beta version. We’re inviting users who signed up as beta testers to try out the plugin. If you have any questions or if you would like to test out the plugin please let us know at support@ignitionwp.com.

    Again, we apologize for how long this has taken. We’ve definitely learned some important lessons along the way which will help us delivering more solid and speedier updates going forward.

    Thanks for the note!

    I totally understand the frustration and the concern you have; I’ve been on your side of this with other products. I get it and I apologize for the delay and lack of communication here. Your comments are valid. Admittedly, it’s taken longer than we anticipated to get this update out the door. That said, we’re still working away on this update, releasing updates and testing them regularly and we’re getting close. We want to make sure it’s right before we release it.

    If you shoot an email to support@ignitionwp.com we can send you a current version of the IDC plugin with Stripe Connect that addresses SCA.

    Thanks for pinging us and also for your patience. We’re still not done with this. Our intent was to have this completed ahead of the SCA rollout. We’re sorry to keep folks waiting on this!!     UPDATE: Hey folks, just an update here: We’re still hard at work on getting IDC compliant with SCA. Admittedly, we wanted to complete this work ahead of the SCA rollout. That hasn’t been the case and we’re sorry about that! This is challenging work and we’ve hit some bumps during the process. The good news is that we have made a lot of progress we’re delivering and beta testing new releases daily. Right now payments are working for both one-time payments and recurring payments for products and projects. What isn’t working are pre-orders. We’re still working things out with that module.

    Hi Patty,

    Thanks for the note. I’m trying to replicate the issue that you’re seeing. And right now I’m not able to reproduce (which doesn’t mean there isn’t an issue) but I need to know what is in place to better troubleshoot the issue.

    So if you can send me the report from at least one machine having the issue that would help.
