Ok thank you. We’ll look into this workaround. Is there a way to be notified when another solution to the modules deactivating is released? We were also hoping to use a few other modules – should I submit separate support tickets per module to find a workaround that’s compatible with wp.com hosting?
According to WordPress.com support wordpress.com sites have built-in caching that cannot be disabled. Can you please confirm whether IgnitionDeck modules are incompatible with WordPress.com hosting, or whether there is another way to fix this?July 18, 2019 at 2:59 pm in reply to: Add/Customize Language on Account Profile Information #76672
Thanks for this! Our site is hosted on WordPress.Com so we do not have any ftp access. Is it possible to edit the .po and .mo files without ftp? If not, what our other options?
I appreciate your assistance,
