    Yes, we use Paypal, but what I mean is that no e-mail and no any other data gets into the database, as if the form was not filled with an e-mail, and I’m not sure if this is the reason:

    [Fri Feb 16 14:11:03.599222 2018] [proxy_fcgi:error] AH01071: Got error ‘PHP message: PHP Warning: Illegal string offset ‘name’ in /usr/home/gime5/www/wp-content/plugins/idcommerce/classes/modules/anon_checkout/anon_checkout_hooks.php on line 26

    Yes, from time to time, some users get not registered when they pay, and I’m not sure if it’s because of this.

    No, they aren’t displaying on the site, as display_errors is disabled.

    Thanks, so I understand that there isn’t any Shortcode.

    How do I know if an user has an active recurrent payment order?

    Sorry, if I enable Stripe Connect the problem desappear, but I don’t want to enable Stripe.

    No, we don’t have it enabled.

    We only use Paypal.

    I did, but I must be wrong as nobody else is complaining:

    The cron executes this code:

    function schedule_hourly_id_cron() {
    	$raised = ID_Project::set_raised_meta();
    	$percent = ID_Project::set_percent_meta();
    	$days = ID_Project::set_days_meta();
    	$closed = ID_Project::set_closed_meta();
    }

    and $percent = ID_Project::set_percent_meta(); sends the mails for every project that it’s at 100% or more, while the project is more than 100% but it’s not successful:

    if ($percent >= 100) {
        $successful = get_post_meta($post_id, 'ign_project_success', true);
        if (empty($successful) || !$successful) {
            do_action('idcf_project_success', $post_id, $a_project->id);
        }
        <strong>if (apply_filters('idcf_do_project_success', true, $post_id, $a_project->id, $successful))</strong> {
           update_post_meta($post_id, 'ign_project_success', 1);
        }
    }

    The only thing can change behavior is the filter, but I can’t find any filter… so I suppose it returns true and marks the meta as successful and the next hour it won’t send the mail…

    Any clue on what could fail? Nothing is written in logs.

    We are hosted at Dinahosting on a shared hosting.

    I’ll install a plugin to view the cron jobs.

    The notification arrives for all backers that have donated to the project, as the Project Success Notification (Backer) it’s supposed to do. The problem is that the project was closed some days ago and backers receive near 20 e-mails per day notifying them that the project was successful… Where can I found the job that it’s not being marked as sent?
