    I have WordPress v. 4.9.16.

In the meantime, I have recorded two other donations, which have been made correctly.
I don’t know what could be the reason for not registering my friend’s payment. How can I investigate what is happening?

I can add a data: my friend did not receive the email generated by the site (he received only the one from PayPal).

My hosting service does not offer staging site and I do not feel like updating with active campaigns.

    1. Absolutely not. I haven’t updated since everything started working!
    I’m using:
    IgnitionDeck v. 1.3.2
    IgnitionDeck Commerce v. 1.9.33
    IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding v. 1.6.99
IgnitionDeck Faq & Updates Extension 1.0.5
    IgnitionDeck Social v. 1.0.16
    IgnitionDeck Stretch Goals v. 1.0.9

    2. In PayPal’s payment history and IPN history everything seems to be ok.

    3. I usually use, for my small trial payments, an email address not registered on the site and everything works properly.

Now I am forced to manually enter these donations on: IgnitionDeck -> IDCF Orders.
    But this is not possible!
The platform has been working properly until a few hours ago. Now I don’t know if the problem only concerns this campaign or the others.

Well, this is not the same thing.
Using the category link, for example, I have not the control on the page title: the theme will use the default category title constructor.
But, above all, there is no way to show only selected posts on the home page through the very nice “500 posts” widget.

Maybe use PayPal instead of Stripe can be the solution to my problem.
What kind of differences will i encounter?
User have to use a similar “connect” button in the dashboard to receive payments?
Fees can be withhold in the same easy way?

    Thanx a lot

Thanks, I think I solved it adding
    <input type="checkbox" required name="terms">
    to templates/_regForm.php
Unfortunately I can’t use the .po and .mo translations for what I added, but it seems to work.

    I’m quite comfortable with PHP..
Can You give me some instructions about where to operate?
I’d like to insert an obligatory checkbox with a (target=”_blank”) link to my “terms and conditions” page.

    Thanx

    Yes of course thank you!
The “donate” button make the donor choose one of the reward level, so the system automatically apply the level’s policy.

Can you tell me how long Stripe token stays active so I can process the charges? Has it an expiration period (e.g. 3 months, 6 months)?

    Thanx

I found where the hidden danger is.
The operation of disabling the translation plugins only on the project page works only on chrome browser.
I mean that only with Chrome the print receipt excludes the site footer.
This is a receipt i printed with Safari (Safari 12.0.1 with macOS 10.14.1).

Now that I’m avoiding making the links of that plugin appear, it seems ok.
So that issue seems caused by that plugin.

It is the “WPML Multilingual CMS”, premium plugin from WPML developer.
Currently I solved making the projects untranslatable, this means that those selector doesn’t appear in the project’s footer and so in the (.pdf printable) receipt.

It would be interesting if there was a method to personalize that receipt.

    Thanx.

It shows everything that is in “top of the footer” widget area (in my case the page list with the respective link urls and the language chooser by wpml) and the footer string (with the link url, too).

I updated to latest versions of your plugins via plugin page of wordpress, now i have:
    IgnitionDeck v.1.3.2
    IgnitionDeck Commerce v.1.9.32
    IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding v.1.6.99

Unfortunately this didn’t resolve my problem: I still need to update the project page to see counters refreshed.

i could give You the admin credentials, if this can help me.
Am i the only one that is experiencing this issue?
    May i have misconfigured something?

    Could You help me, please?

    Awesome!
    Are they already available?
I see in the dashboard of IgnitionDeck site today’s date on updates, but version number has not increased.
    Can I procede?

Well, they started to work at my assistance ticket..
However they just told me that in this kind of hosting service they can’t enable IPV6 protocol support.

In some tests that I did to the IgnitionDeck plugins and theme during this summer, I remember not having encountered this kind of problems: the raised amount was immediately updated and all the emails arrived to the recipients.

I always used this hosting, so could some IgnitionDeck update be responsible for these issues?
Could the guilty be someting You introduced with the version 1.9.31 of your ‘ID Commerce’? It seems to me that my problems started with that version (if You remember, with the 1.9.31, i got tons of warning, and these issues: missing update on amount, missing sending emails).

I hope this could be useful.
    Thank You so much!!

Those errors seem to affect the mail() function too.
I already asked to my hosting if IPV6 protocol is disabled, in this case they should enable it.

    i’m using:
    IgnitionDeck v.1.3.1,
    IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding v.1.6.98
    IgnitionDeck Commerce v.1.9.32

Could it be a problem due to the IPV6 disabled?
