Try php 5.6 — echelon is a little buggy but it works.. just gotta figure out what works. I have some issues with the theme and woocommerce which I’ve posted on but no php issues.. try 5.6 if you can and see if that helps.

Any word on this. I’ve also encountered a bunch of other problems regarding compatibility with loginizer. That’s the security environment I use. http://www.loginizer.com is the maker of the plugin.

I will make a new post for all the other problems.

I hope someone can work to resolve this. Ignitiondeck echelon looks like it might be a decent product if it didn’t have all these problems.

I purchased an echelon license to use with woocommerce and the stellar theme, so I hope someone from ignitiondeck can fix these problems.

I will create a test site so someone from ignition deck can log in and make changes without breaking the production site that cannot go down.

Hopefully, someone can resolve the issue described in this post and the ones from the post I will create soon.

What is the “official supported process” to remove the currrnt project and any required woo variable product data and create replacement ones with the exact same names and data but with the project reward levels set up in a different order?

When I did that previously, I encountered errors and the replacement project would not display on my home page using the new new value “2” for the short code value instead of “1” which was the original value before the first project was deleted and replaced.

If I have to delete and recreate to get the mission critical order I need that is fine but it seems I can’t do that due to the issue described above.

    Please advise.
