    The price is left blank. Also I’m suddenly noticing a weird issue with the project view- the URL looks correct but it is previewing a different project. Is there some kind of weird database cacheing issue going on?:

    Thanks, did he happen to mention which one? I’m not certain which of the plugins we’re using a minify plugin. The cache plugin perhaps?

    I added the order levels beginning with 0, but that didn’t seem to fix it. I did send an error log to the email address I have. Were you able to take a look at that? I’d be happy to give you ftp access to take a closer look.

    For now, since we’re live I’ve hidden the Level buttons from Project pages with CSS. The dropdown options work correctly so I’ve kept those and added levels of giving via text in the long description of the projects. But ideally the Level buttons will work. Let me know if you might be able to log in and take a look to see what’s happening. Strange that it works in one place but not the other (works in the dropdown in the blackbox frame but not the buttons on the project page) (in terms of adding levels to existing projects).

    Also, I’ve checked the database and it doesn’t seem like the levels we’ve created are being added to the database. I have assigned the appropriate project to the appropriate level and cleared the database cache. I did overwrite some existing levels in addition to creating new levels. But I don’t see any of these changes/additions showing up in the database. Where are they stored?

    Thanks, I’m wondering if you ever offer paid developer support on customizations? I’m just wondering if it would be possible to put all the forgot password stuff on the front end as people are already moving through the purchasing process, via AJAX or something? We’re using this as a donation platform, so a front-end streamlined process for repeat donors is essential.

    I’ve added a frontend login/logout/reset password plugin. Is it possible to update the ‘forgot password’ url on the purchase form to a custom url? Instead of /wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

    Change to:
    /lostpassword/

    Where would I make that change?

    It just seems completely weird that once they have reset their password, they aren’t redirected back to the purchase order form with their initial selected level pre-populated. Is there a function I could add to make this happen? We have a lot of donors who make contributions multiple times in the year, and this issue makes their experience too complicated.

    Thanks, if it is set as default, why are the first and last name and email fields required? If I select Pay with Paypal without entering info in these fields, I get an error message. Is there a way to go directly from the step where they choose the Level to the paypal checkout page?
