Where can I find cancelled Orders? In IDC – Orders are only active orders.
In Orders page https://bazaardevel.evolveum.com/dashboard/?idc_orders=1 there is a Cancel Pledge icon.
Yes, Paypal settings are not complete. But I found another error. I have product price set to 1 credit or 350€. When I pay by credits 1 credit is added to project total credits. But when I pay by credit card – Authorize.Net – 350 credits are added to project total credits not 1.
file_get_contents() is enabled.
This is not working as our customer wants. Are you providing also customizing of your plugin?

My customer wants to develop site, where users could vote for projects which they want to develop. He don’t want to have prices in projects, he wants to have votes there. Users could use how much votes they want (for example Project reward levels are 6, 12, 25 credits/votes). My customer wants to let users to use credits/votes from their account or pay by credit card and wants to make 1 credit/vote equal to 350€. So if user wants to support project by 1 vote, he could use 1 credit/vote from his account or pay 350€ by credit card, if he wants to support by 5 votes, he could use 5 credits/votes or pay 1750€ and so on.
Is it possible to set up this?
But I want to enable users to support projects by credits or money. So if user selects 10 credits Project Reward Level he either pay 10 credits from his account or 3500€ by credit card. Is it possible to set up that if user selects 10 credits, he buy 10 items of product?
I started level order in Project Reward Levels from 1 not from 0. When I changed it to 0, levels are linked correctly.
And where can I edit template of that .idc_lightbox popup window?

I’not sure if this is the problem related to theme. I’m using theme 500, and I noticed that some of the spaces in page or project titles or menu links are changed to non-breaking space (I have to use here \nbsp; to show the example).
For example page title How it works is changed to How it\nbsp;works and menu link is changed to How\nbsp;it\nbsp;works. Or project title Management of Lawful Bases for Data Processing is changed to Management of Lawful Bases for Data\nbsp;Processing and menu link to Management of Lawful Bases for\nbsp;Data\nbsp;Processing. This causes problems with text aligning.

Our customer purchased it year ago. License is valid for IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding and IgnitionDeck Commerce. I upgraded IgnitionDeck last week, but changes in Credit settings still not appear until the next day. Installed versions – IgnitionDeck – 1.2.26, IgnitionDeck Commerce – 1.8.1, IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding – 1.6.3.
I’m using IgnitionDeck Commerce – Order ID: 41K01069VG604370B.
I added new project and I first selected Product and then selected Crowdfunding Level in IDC – Crowdfunding, and [project_purchase_form] shortcode is working correctly.
But changes made in Credit settings or Protecting content not appear until the next day.

How to automatically assign free product to user?
I have created a free product, but when I try to back this product, I cannot contribute 0€ or 0 credits.
I see only 1 member in IDC – Members, but in WP admin Users are 2 users. I can only see the 2nd member, when I search his name with Search Members field, but I cannot add credits to him.
Where can I find Create Account link on the front end? In Membership Registration page, there isn’t any registration form.

I had Commerce Platform Legacy IgnitionDeck and I upgraded to IgnitionDeck Commerce. But when I select Commerce Platform – IgnitionDeck Commerce, save and reload page, Commerce Platform is still Legacy IgnitionDeck and I don’t have menu item IDC > Crowdfunding.
