Oh ok so currently the gateway is altogether unavailable? We’re using Stripe but we also wanted to use Lemonway.
So, the pop up window behaviour is defined on their end? Nothing that can be done about it?
We’re using Adaptive. Chained Payments.March 26, 2018 at 9:57 am in reply to: idcommerce_insert_user not properly passing arguments #70383
You’re right, that also works! Thank you.
I understand. Thank you for your help!
IgnitionDeck v1.2.28, IgnitionDeck Commerce v1.8.1, we have not updated recently.
Yes, it seems the multiplication of projects it was caused by YoastSEO, is there any other SEO plugin that you recommend that doesn’t present this issue?
Currently I’m unable to replicate the registration page bug, I’ll update on that soon.
As our page is on production, for the time being I had to try and solve the problem quickly by retoring a previous backup (which runs in a previous version of the Ignition Decks Plugins, so I’m guessing it’s an incompatibility between the versions of the theme and ignition deck), which resolved this issue, nonetheless, we’re having another equally concerning problem: when clients try to save a draft of their project, it gets massively multiplied in the database, and projects even got erased.
What I’m going to do is to test this issues separatedly in a test server, migrating a copy of the page as it was when the register page problem was present, and another one with the draft multiplication problem, so I’ll keep this thread open as the problem hasn’t been resolved, and will try to solve this registration page issue in the test environment, so I can use that version of our platform in our production server (because its the most stable, and the most updated version plugin-wise).
To sum it up, right now we have two versions of our platform, each wich it’s own issues:
-Jan 9 Version:
Ignition Deck v1.2.28
Ignition Deck Commerce v1.8.1
Ignition Deck Crowdfunding v1.6.3
Issues: Massive replication of drafts, projects erased
-Jan 26 version:
Ignition Deck v1.2.33
Ignition Deck Commerce v1.8.5
Ignition Deck Crowdfunding v1.6.7
Issues: Registration page not showing
So, regarding the possibilities you expose:
1. I’m not exactly sure how to check that, can you give me any guidance?
2. Is there an specific process to create a new generic htaccess file or just by renaming the current one, a new one gets created?
I tried to change it to 500 Stellar, 500 Framework and twenty fourteen, all of them showed these message errors:
The theme we’re currently using is Backer https://themeforest.net/item/backer-the-modern-wordpress-crowdfunding-theme/8816939
The only theme not showing those errors is Backer, notwithstanding the aforementioned issue.
I’ve checked the htaccess file and found nothing wrong, regardless, here it is: https://pastebin.com/yjriS1GH
I don’t know where else to search for security measures regarding $_GET variables.October 28, 2017 at 8:13 pm in reply to: Error: User is not allowed to perform this action (6078) #67314
Thank you. What’s next? Should I wait an email from your technicians or a reply of yours in this thread? Is there anything I could be trying right now?
I’m sorry if I’m being insistent, but we’ve been practically paralized because of this issue and it’s imperative to start producing results.October 24, 2017 at 10:48 pm in reply to: Error: User is not allowed to perform this action (6078) #67191
Oh I see. Well, we’ve just sent another email with the requested FTP credentials to firstname.lastname@example.orgOctober 23, 2017 at 7:22 am in reply to: Error: User is not allowed to perform this action (6078) #67093October 20, 2017 at 2:14 pm in reply to: Error: User is not allowed to perform this action (6078) #67072
I just did what you suggested but it didn’t work. I removed my previous credentials and requested new ones. Made the regarding changes in the gateway configuration panel and the error remains the same.
Is there any chance you could assist me into finding the exact information transmitted, and any error response received from PayPal, which is what they’re asking me?October 17, 2017 at 6:48 am in reply to: Error: User is not allowed to perform this action (6078) #66989
I apologize for the double post, but we’d like to please know as soon as possible so we can solve this issue immediatly!
I don’t think so, if you need to you can make some testing in this fake project: https://solidaridadlatina.com/en/projects/franelas-estilo-playero-para-nuestra-nueva-linea-de-ropa/
We have followed the documentation, we have applied for the App permissions twice and the error is still prevalent, is this an ignitionDeck problem? may you look into this deeply?
PalPal’s dev support team said that the error code (6078) is not in the database, that the error migth be on the plugin side, also our app with basic and chained payments in approved.
We do have a PayPal Business account that owns the app, the error we are seeing now is a red box (same as before) that pops up when “pay with paypal” button is clicked, the message reads “Users not allowed to perform this action (6078)”
Is it 100% necessary for the receiver/s to have bussiness account/s?
The app is now conditionally approved, but I just tested and now the error code is 6078, is it becuase the app isn’t approved yet?
Sorry for the long wait, we have a draft of another paypal app for our site, we would like to confirm first if this might solve the problem: We have checked the adaptive Basic Payments box and check the boxes:
* Payment details.
* Refunds or Chargebacks.
* Currency Convertion.
Since we want to charge a crowdfunding fee, we are applying for Chained Payments, we have filled this section with the help of this guide:https://ignitiondeck.com/id/documentation/ignitiondeck-enterprise/paypal-adaptive-for-ide/
we offer Immediately funding so 100% threshold is not needed.
Is this right? we are waiting for your reply for submitting the app.
Have they been able to look at your API requests and find out why those errors are being returned?
No, we searched and the PayPal API files haven’t generated any logs.
hi! sorry it took so long to reply.
We added those menu items in the main “menu” configuration tab.
We are using the backer theme.March 1, 2017 at 9:03 am in reply to: First Data to process payments and charge a percentage #61016
Thank you for your answer,
is it possible for a project creator to have only a paypal account and receive payments made with the paypal API and stripe API and vice-versa?
