Thanks for the widget import files. I finally figured out that they are the files I was looking for. Still wondering about the upgrade to lifetime for Enterprise. Philip

Nathan, if you have demo setup files for each of the themes, I would like to find out the best way to upgrade to the lifetime of Enterprise (just purchased it last week). Let me know. Philip

Thanks Nathan. Is there guidance to set up each individual widget?

Excellent. Thank you. Now, do you have the demo settings files to import? That would be most helpful.

    Thank you Emma

All I needed to hear were the magic words: “The projects tab in the menu is tied to the IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding plugin.”

Once that was reinstalled, everything is back. Thanks for sticking with me on this.

    Have an awesome day!

Here is a link to a screenshot showing the missing WP menu items.

For testing sake, I have ALL ID plugins installed and activated.

Emma, thanks for the response, but for some reason you have still not addressed the other error and the missing menu items, etc.

The projects, FAQs and Updates were gone before I did anything, so this had nothing to do with deleting or uninstalling the framework (this was the only plugin I uninstalled and reinstalled). I can’t imagine how reinstalling the framework would delete WP menu items and content, etc., but as it stands, I cannot even create a Project because there is something that is preventing the ID WP menu items from even appearing.

Please reread my previous posts and address ALL of the issue I am experiencing. It is absolutely imperative that we resolve these issues and you are the only person who can help me.

    Here is the other error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_id_basic() in /home/catalyst/public_html/Catalyst/wp-content/plugins/ignitiondeck/templates/admin/_idfMenu.php on line 92

I don’t know your code, but I have a feeling that the idfMenu is a big playing in these issues, so if we could identify the issue with this line of code, maybe we’ll get closer to a solution.

    Hello,

I am having the same issues even though I have the latest version installed. Have disabled all other plugins except Ignition Deck plugins, and have the latest stable version of PHP. Have uninstalled and installed ID There is no longer Projects, Project Categories, Payment Setting/option, Modules or Themes detected or showing from the WP ID Menu items.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_id_basic() in /home/catalyst/public_html/Catalyst/wp-content/plugins/ignitiondeck/templates/admin/_idfMenu.php on line 92

All of my Projects seem to be gone, missing or just not appearing. My live site gives this error below the header/Slideshow:

Fatal error: Class ‘ID_Project’ not found in /home/catalyst/public_html/Catalyst/wp-content/themes/backer/content-ignition_product.php on line 7

WP ID menu items have disappeared, as have my projects, updates, faq, payment options screen, etc. They’re all gone.
Basically, none of the menu items that are supposed to show up in WP Admin Panel are available. They’re just not there. I have the latest version of ID installed, have done a complete uninstall and reinstall, but nothing. Themes and Modules menu items lead to blank pages.

I hope you can help me figure this out because I cannot find a place in forums that actually addresses these same issues completely.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Emma,
Thanks for the quick response, but I have had ID up and running relatively error free for over a year. I have a whole site full of projects already live and everything seems to have been functioning well for an extended period of time. But now, suddenly, the WP ID menu items have disappeared, as have my projects, updates, faq, payment options screen, etc. They’re all gone.
Basically, none of the menu items that are supposed to show up in WP Admin Panel are available. They’re just not there. I have the latest version of ID installed, have done a complete uninstall and reinstall, but nothing.
Where are the project elements, updates and faq kept? I hope they still exist in my database, because I had an entire site that was live and now nothing can be accessed except the pages I created, the header, top menu and top slideshow.
As I posted above, these errors should be addressed, I’m sure:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_id_basic() in /home/catalyst/public_html/Catalyst/wp-content/plugins/ignitiondeck/templates/admin/_idfMenu.php on line 92
    Hope you can help.

When I attempt to “re-register” my ID, I get a blank black page initially, then it flashes my Ignition Deck profile, then gives me a single line message on a white background:

You already own this product. Please logout and create a new account in order to purchase again.

So I try to log out and back in again, but the screen will not allow me to log in again. Stagnant page.

Please help me resolve the issued and get back all the projects, categories, themes, Modules, etc.

My Project FAQ and Updates are not showing either.

The site had been functioning properly without any errors for a long time. I’m wondering what is going on behind the scenes at IgnitionDeck and are there changes being made that are affecting people through the registration/activation/API, etc.

The site I am having issues with is is catalystcrowdfunding.org and is currently set with a COMING SOON message because of these errors.

Also, this doesn’t address the seemingly missing WP sidebar menu options. I don’t see a link to Memberdeck, dashboard, etc.’

OK, so just to be clear, can you list for me the items that should be updating automatically?

    Hello Emma,

Server has the latest stable version of php and zip enabled/compiled into Apache. I am no longer getting the error when attempting to update, but noticed that the Social plugin was not updated, and so I am guessing none of the other themes/plugins would be updated either, or there is an issue with just certain plugins/themes. Any fix for this?

This appears to have something to do with idmsg extension. I disabled it and all works fine. I suggest that it is still important to find out what the conflict is and repair it.

    I hope you agree.

    Andrew,

I am doing some testing and immediately following clicking the submit button, this shows on anotherwise blank page ( http://screencast.com/t/TYdoIzr0roA ) and after about 5 seconds, I am redirected to the paypal checkout page.

Any idea how to go directly to the checkout page without this extrapage + lag?

    Thanks.

Hello Content. Here is some CSS you might be able to use. Just change the values for the variables (i.e. anything with a #px or a font family, font-weight, padding-, font-size, etc.)

Just copy and paste the css code here into your Theme Configuration Custom CSS box and experiment away. Have fun!

Another thing I discovered is that if I go to “pledge what you want” the little header and box below “support this project” remains, like the project thinks there should be a level there but there is non. The FAQs and Updates do not expand open either when I click on the “+” symbol or the link.

As you can tell, there are quite a few issues. I hope you can help me iron them out.

    Thanks.

Many of my standard wordpress links on the project creation page (i.e. “add new category, visibility, status, published on, choose from the most used tags, cancel and add comment button) are not working.

How do we know if this is a JQuery issue and is there a remedy?

    Thanks.

A note that may help in diagnosing this issue.

None of my upload buttons including my “add media” button are working on the project creation page.
