    Hi Emma,

I think I am going to include the GA code directly in _checkoutForm.php. Do you know on which line of that file the javascript GA code should be added in order to track successful payments ? Or we can insert it anywhere in this file ?

    Regards.

    Hi Emma,

I have noted that the first solution only works with Stripe, but does the second one (“Google Analytics field in the Appearance > 500 Settings > Google Analytics”) support Stripe AND Paypal ?

Furthermore, regarding the second solution, in the Google Analytics Code field, do I have to enter the full javascript Google Analytics code snippet including the “<script></script>” tags or not ?

    Regards.

    Hi Emma,

We would like to set up conversion tracking on our website. We need to insert Google Analytics code in the after payment confirmation page. Users can pay with Stripe or PPA.

What is the final page / part of the code where we should add the GA code to complete tracking ? In which php file and which line should we do that ?

Ok, easy to find. For example I found the following gateway info :
    a:2:{s:7:”gateway”;s:11:”pp-adaptive”;s:13:”currency_code”;s:3:”USD”;}

I guess I can change “USD” into “EUR”. Is there any danger to do that ? Is there anything else more to change ?

    Regards.

    Hi Emma,

Other users orders are existing and still pending. I do not find in which table I can change an order currency. There no such field in the memberdeck_orders table. Could you tell me ?

    Regards.

    Hi Emma,

I made this change and my own orders payed with PPA now appear in euro, but some other orders made by different users still appear in $ in IDC > Orders.

However, all the payments appear in euro in IDCF > Orders, even those who appear in $ in IDC > Orders.

How can I check the payment method (PPA or Stripe) used by users whose payments are still in $ in IDC > Orders ? Because I am not sure they were processed with PPA.

    Regards.

    Hi Emma,

Thanks for the fix. It works very well for user dashboard orders menu where $ is changed into € for Paypal Adaptive payments.

However, it does not work for the IDC admin (IDC > Orders) where we still have the $ currency symbol for Paypal Adaptive payments. There is certainly a code change to make as well for that. Could you tell me in which file this can be manage ? I guess this will be the same change as for user dashboard.

    Regards.

    Hi Emma,

I sent you screenshots on support@ignitionwp.com.

Our PayPal accounts associated with our test payment are in euro.

For the WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY constants in the wp-config file, there is no WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY constant defined in that file. Are you sure of this constant ? Or do I have to define it ?

    Regards.

    Emma,

I did everything you suggested but the problem still occurs on Paypal Adaptive payments : they are still recorded in $ and not in € which is the defined currency as global currency and Paypal currency.

Detail : the currency is € in the order confirmation email after the payment. So it is recorded in $ in the IDC dashboard but it is expressed in € in the confirmation email. There is something wrong somewhere.

In can send you screenshots if needed.

    Regards.

Ok, all plugins are now updated. Should we try again to pay with Paypal Adaptive to make a new test or should we do something else before ?

    Hi Emma,

We updated IDF (now 1.2.8) and IDCF (now 1.5.12). But we have no update proposed for IDC (still 1.6.6). To be exact, an update was proposed, failed after tried, then disappeared and no longer available despite many refreshs. Is it normal ?

    Regards.

    Emma,

I just want to add to my previous message that there is no such problem with Stripe payments.

    Emma,

As for us, the transactions are recorded in Euro in Paypal (what is right), and in USD in IDC (what is wrong).

We use the following plugins versions :

    – IgnitionDeck Commerce : 1.6.6
    – IgnitionDeck Crowdfunding : 1.5.11
    – IgnitionDeck Framework : 1.2.7

    Regards.

    Hi Emma,

Currency is set on Euro in IDC > Currency Settings (Global currency = Euro) as well as in the Payment gateway (Paypal currency = Euro).

The transactions are correctly recorded (euro) in our Paypal test account.

Paypal support says the issue is probably in IDC.

    Hi Emma,

For the project success notification templates (bakers and project owners), can you tell me if we can use User merge tags ? It seems that we can but you did not mentionned that in your reply.

For the project success notification template (bakers only), can you tell me if we can use Order merge tags, like {{AMOUNT}} ?

    Regards.

    Hi Emma,

It would be very useful to know which variables can be used in which email templates. Do you have such details ?
