For 500 I’m on version 1.6.5
I’m on version 0.9.4
I’ve now installed the widget you sent through, however the project categories aren’t showing up on the project deck like they do on your settlement demo http://theme500.com/settlement2/projects/ i.e. the categories ‘Medical’, ‘Fertility’ show up as a little black label on the project deck and also appears on the top left of the project page under ‘Category: Medical’.
Hi Nathan, yes please can you email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
I’m just after the piece of code that adds the little category label (e.g. Local Library) to the project deck like you do on the demo version. Also is there a way for a project to have more than one label, i.e. I want a label that says ‘Local Library’ and another that says the organization its for e.g. ‘ABC Libraries’. Thanks.
No I don’t have Yoast or PHP Zip enabled.
Just a question with the charity modules, how do I get access to this? And will using this enable me to manage multiple charities with parent-child campaigns?
1. Is that a feature to be developed in the future?
2. I’ve tested it for projects with orders, and it’s still exporting a blank zip.
3. Yes the text and gift levels are being updated after changing front end. The parent project selection also defaults to blank for the child project.
A few further questions..
4. When is the charity module expected to be released?
5. Is it possible for project owners to post photo / video updates via front end? Or is this another feature request.
I have it set to ‘immediately deliver funds’. Thanks and look forward to an update.
Hi I’m referring to the simple fees module where there is only donation level to simplify front end submissions.
That’s a good pick up. I am using Internet Explorer 11. Yes it seems to work on Safari and Chrome.
I have reinstalled the latest plugins, also deactivated and reactivated IDC as advised and the issue is still there.
I will email hello@virtuousgiant a video of the issue, can you please fix urgently. If it is not resolved can we please organize a time for a skype chat to work through this issue, as there is currently 1 day lag between each correspondence.
This was an issue before and after I upgraded to latest version, as mentioned please free to login to my admin account for the website Didomee.com if required to trouble shoot this.
I am using the latest version of Ignitiondeck.
I have emailed my admin login details separately, please use this as required to trouble shoot this issue, I need this urgently resolved as I plan to launch a CF campaign very shortly.
I think I’ve worked out what’s causing the (incorrect credit price display) issue, I hadn’t yet linked the product to a project level, after linking it appears to be working OK. Thanks for looking into this for us.
Thanks for this. It turns out to be a browser issue using IE11, when I switch to Microsoft Edge or use mobile it seems to work fine.
Another follow up question – I have set up some product items with credits attached to it (see links below), however when I go to purchase, the text on the payment page seems to pick up the incorrect credit value, using the product price instead of the credit value assigned. However when I complete the purchase, it deducts the correct credit value from my balance. Please advise.
In addition, please also advise how I can send a purchase email receipt once the transaction is made? Thanks!
The purpose of this commission field is to build further transparency and ease of reporting for our donors. Currently, we take a % off their donation as a service fee e.g. $10 donated, $3 goes to service fees, $7 goes to charity. Whilst we do inform our donors that this is the case, this does mean that only part e.g. $7 of the donation is tax deductible and goes to the charity. By building in a commission field %, we can add the credit card and service charges on top of the donation, very much like how airlines do with their plane tickets. For example, with this additional field the donor can now see on the payments page that all of the $10 donated will go to the charity and in addition $3 will go to service fees, thereby paying $13 in total, hence achieving greater transparency for both the donor and the charity over how much and where the funds are going.
I tried project front end submission and am having the same issue. I confirm I’m running the latest plugins except for the fundify theme where I’m running an older version with a customised Didomee child theme. Do you think this is causing the issue? If yes where do I need to fix the code. Thank you
I’m inserting into the video field, and it doesn’t seem to work for me, can you please advise what I might be doing wrong?
Please see screen capture video below.
Thank you the embed issue is now fixed by my server provider, although when I try to put in a short YouTube link e.g. https://youtu.be/Bpr20BdngSY and save draft, it still shows up as just a text string on the project page. Can you please assist?
Thanks this has fixed the issue, Can you please advise if I always need to make this change when I upgrade my ID plugins?
My developer added in a custom function to swap over the current idcf purchase URL with another that directs it to the correct URL.
This looks like a workaround to the existing code, please see below:
// temp debug: remove the new ‘swap’ that adds to purchase URL: “…purchaseform=fundify…”
remove_filter( ‘idcf_purchase_url’, ‘fundify_swap_purchaseform’, 10 );
The current versions I’m using are:
I’ve tried deactivating and reactivating and it still doesn’t seem to fix the issue.
In a nutshell, after clicking “Contribute Now” (on a project page), and then choosing a reward level, the checkout page should appear. However, on Didomee.com, the user gets directed to this URL:
URL should be something like this:
(in fact, when I override the system and manually type this into the browser’s address bar, I do get directed properly to the checkout page)
When I go to the project-details.php file, the code for this section is:
<div class=”contribute-now ign-supportnow” data-projectid=”<?php echo $project_id; ?>”>
<?php if ( !$closed ) : ?>
purchaseform=fundify&prodid=<?php echo (isset($project_id) ? $project_id : ”); ?>” class=”btn-green contribute”><?php _e( ‘Contribute Now’, ‘fundify’ ); ?>
<?php else : ?>
<?php _e(‘Project Closed’); ?>
<?php endif; ?>
Is there a problem with the code?
Thanks for your reply.
3. No errors from what I can see
4. Checkout page is not protected
5. The issue is with new and existing projects
After doing 1-5 the issue still appears to be occurring. My website is http://didomee.com
Are you able to please login as admin and review if there are any issues with my settings?
I’ll email you my login details for your reference. Thanks so much
I have tried deactivating all other non ID plugins and set up a test page http://didomee.com/test-page/ using a basic shortcode [project_mini_widget product ="3"] but it still doesn’t appear to load correctly. For the original page http://didomee.com/the-river-team/ that was built using a widget builder within the Themify builder plugin, as such I don’t think I am nesting shortcodes within shortcodes. It also doesn’t appear now to work on both mobile and PC. Can you please advise on next steps? Thank you.
I’ve applied the hover CSS attribute, however it appears to be applied to the wrong project title. Just to clarify, I was referring to displaying the titles of the project images sitting on the hero grid behind the hero text (e.g. Fundraise, Give and Go change the world) on the home page. I’d like the titles to appear when you hover over it (similar to how the project titles appear on the Ignition Deck home page). Could you please respecify the class ID and CSS code I need to use for this?
Thank you once again
