    For the titles, there is a function in functions.php of fivehundred, called ‘widont’ – it exists to make sure that a single word doesn’t roll to the next line in titles.

    This helps it look better on long titles of blog posts and pages when normally a single word would be left dangling by itself on the next line. It’s called a ‘Widow’.

    You can remove the function if you wish!

    Have you utilized Deck Builder yet, and then ensure the shortcode you’re inserting is calling the Deck ID number?

    [project_widget product=”1″ deck=”2″]

    To change the text of the button, you can do some WordPress Translation.

    Change the color of the skin and button by making a new deck skin.

    Our plugins work with any theme that does not take over the wp_content function. If you can define one page-temple in your theme that does not require the Divi visual builder, you will be good to go in selecting that page as your default checkout page.

    Hey Jesse, I do see that Nathan had inquired previously about the fix you applied and what you did to fix it, but had not received an answer.

    That makes it tough to now help you again, with what sounds like the same issue.

    Is this in the Shortcode of the deck, or in one of our themes? Have you made sure to put the languages file inside a new folder called ‘Languages’, and not just changing the file inside the ‘languages-default’ folder?

    This is due to the Backer theme, which does not include the Embed code widget by default, or use our IgnitionDeck Social plugin. You’ll need to inquire with Krown Themes, the creators of Backer, about this.

    I took a look at your child theme, and realized that the Author was changed away from IgnitionDeck. I set this back to IgnitionDeck, and it is working as it should.

    IgnitionDeck as the author is used as the indicator to auto-load the checkout functionality on the page.

    Hi Aaron,

    I wasn’t aware you had created a Fundify Child theme. I’m not sure what changes you have made to that child, but I switched the theme back to the default parent Fundify, and this now works as it should: https://go2crowd.com/projects/spinning-wheels-bike-shop-sample/?purchaseform=fundify&mdid_checkout=3&level=1&price=1.00

    Do you know what you changed in the child theme?

    It appears you have this resolved. Did you restore from backup, or complete updates of all plugins?

    What is the page you have set your Dashboard to in IDC settings, and does that page have the IDC shortcode on it? A page would have been generated automatically called Dashboard when IgnitionDeck Commerce was installed.

    The boxes on the right are called Widgets, and are placed there by default on WordPress install. That’s called the Sidebar int he widget area, and you can remove them. If you do not wish to have a sidebar on a page like the dashboard, you can change the page template to Full Width.

    Have you set Project Submission Privileges to allow for anyone to create? Did you checkmark ‘require opt-in’? (require opt-in means they cannot until they say they want to on their account page).

    If you do not want project creators to create a Stripe account, then you need to unselect ‘Enable Stripe Connect’.

    If you do not want reward level creation, you can enable the Simple FES module under IgnitionDeck>Modules.

    The layout on the right is the layout that is standard with the Fundify theme. it looks like the layout on the left is using our shortcode version.

    While I realize that is frustrating to have it overwritten, advise your developers that any customizations they do should be done as a child theme, or an additional CSS file, so as to not have their work overwritten when performing updates. This is standard practice in web development.

    Take a look at what settings you may have enabled with W3TotalCache as it’s possible you’ve got javascript being tampered with in some way, likely minify or something.

    We’ll have to dig into why this is happening still on the shortcodes of the plugin. In the meantime, here’s some CSS you can add to fix it:

    ul.ign_backer_list li.backer_list_item .backer_list_name, ul.ign_backer_list li.backer_list_item .backer_list_level {
    white-space: initial !important;
    overflow: visible !important;
    text-overflow: initial !important;
    height: auto !important;
    }

    My first question is have you got the newest versions of all of our plugins installed?

    So you have Stripe enabled, and you’ve input your Stripe API keys? are you in test mode, or live mode?

    Which registration page is this occurring? We have surprisingly, not had this reported to us with the IgnitionDeck registration page before – otherwise we’d experience it ourselves with all of our demos.

    In any case, recaptcha is not possible as part of the core plugin, but if you’d like to discuss it further email us at ops @ ignitiondeck . com

    This is because when a account is first created it has the default permissions. This is what displays immediately. Once the system register the account is there, on first login, is when it applies any other appropriate permissions and information about the account. So the rest of the tabs do not display until then.

    I see that’s because you have edited that somewhere to be projectos instead. So you need to update that link to have projectos as well, instead of projects

    You can cut and paste those pictures from the description area to where you wish them to be displaying (such as long description). But this only happens in the admin area, does it not?

    What occurs in the front-end submission for you when using Add Media?

    Set every color to your desired color settings, and then the theme will look correct in all ways. Check out the color customization video here, and we’ll work on getting some documentation up about the color customization as well.

    Have you translated the plugin and themes?
