You should be able to find them on the orders menu via your IgnitionDeck Dashboard:January 18, 2019 at 6:26 pm in reply to: paypal orders information not listed in IDC or IDCF #75976
Can you have them look at their PayPal IPN message history to see if the messages have posted with a code of 200? Could you perhaps share the message/notification URL from that menu as well?
You can find it here:
Sorry you are going through issues. Usually this means that the project level is not properly connected to an IDC product in the IDC->Crowdfunding menu.
Here’s a doc to help:
That project has had to take a bit of a back seat to other feature updates, but it’s still in the pipeline. We just don’t have a deadline.
Donations go to the website/admin, not the project creator.
1. I would suggest you reach out to Stripe and see if they have any customer examples that use creativity to get around that limit.
2. I don’t believe you can manually connect users, at least right now.
Unfortunately, we can’t direct call for Valet, as that is really a specific service where we install and setup the product within a set of specific parameters (no customizations). If after Valet, or instead of it, you need customizations, we could certainly help. Do you have IDCommerce selected as your commerce platform in the IgnitionDeck menu? Is PayPal enabled?
Talked with the devs, and they have not been able to reproduce it. I just tried and had same result. $5 test payment with $5 donation. $10 was charged.
Do you perhaps have a custom fee set on your specific projects that could add an extra $5?January 10, 2019 at 12:28 pm in reply to: [awaiting release] No "complete your registration" email. #75922
We found the fix for the registration email. Will go in next release ASAP.January 10, 2019 at 11:49 am in reply to: The project creator can not now reconnect their Stripe account in the Live mode. #75920
I think you might be confused.
I’m asking you to login to Stripe and check the Stripe Connect Connected Accounts section to see if the customer is still connected there. If so, disconnect them and then have them try again.
It will not be part of the Theme 500 Framework. We are actively working and hope to have a progress update soon.
It’s in the queue for our devs to look at. Hope to have more answers soon.January 10, 2019 at 11:44 am in reply to: [awaiting release] No "complete your registration" email. #75916
I’m a little confused because there are a few issues at play:
1. The PayPal complete registration is a bug we’re working to fix. We hope to have a resolution soon.
2. All other emails should work fine. If they don’t, and you are using Sendgrid, the best place to start debugging is via the Sendgrid outbound history. Look for any activity there. If there isn’t any, then you’ll need to find a way to grab PHP error logs from your server and see if there are any errors breaking the chain of email.
Hope to have more details soon.January 10, 2019 at 12:10 am in reply to: IDCommerce folder YES… NO IDC plugin even after several disconnect/reconnects #75911
Is your license validated for both IgnitionDeck Commerce and Enterprise? That could be the issue.
If you don’t see IDCF, then yes, same procedure would work.
Can you confirm which versions you have installed of IgnitionDeck, Commerce, and Crowdfunding.
Also Fundify.January 8, 2019 at 1:52 pm in reply to: IDCommerce folder YES… NO IDC plugin even after several disconnect/reconnects #75899
If you delete via FTP (making sure it’s not active), then disconnect/reconnect, it should re-download for you. Just don’t delete via WordPress.
OK. Thanks for the update. Keep us posted!January 8, 2019 at 1:32 pm in reply to: The project creator can not now reconnect their Stripe account in the Live mode. #75895
No. Login to Stripe.com and check there.
That’s hard to say. You might need to reach out to Elementor support, as we just load header.php and footer.php using standard WordPress methods:
Does it show correctly in any place?
Strange. So it’s working now? Could have been a browser cache issue.
It could be an issue with your theme, as I’m unable to reproduce it on my local installation, and I’ve tried several themes. Perhaps you could reach out to them about it?
