    I do not think the boxes a greyed out, they are quite pale. I can determine that products in other projects are connected via selecting a product,but No these rewards are not connected to a product.

    The page is not allowing me to select any idividual boxes. on any project. I tried the select all, clear all, save assignment six times and nothing appears to have changed. Do I need to do this will all projects?

    Also,

    While I am trying to link my newly created products to the reward levels on IDC > Crowdfunding. The page will not let me check the box of any individual rwvard levels only the “select all” fuction seems to be working. Did I do somthing wrong? why is this happening?

    Emma,

    Thank you I will do this and let you know if I hit any challenges.

    The funds are being captured by me and then distributed to the creator at the end of project.

    Sorry for the delay in responce but the messanger got to my question via email first.

    You are correct, I fixed the issue quickly, but I am still working the quirks out via email. Sorry for the pulling the fire alarm, but it was tererafying to see that our checkout page just go white directly after she launched.

    Aha! For somereason the updates didn’t show up until I refreshed three times. After the update that fixed both features.Thank you!

    Is there a best practice for making sure updates happen as quickly as possible? Is there an auto update feature?

    Quick side question.

    I know I have talked to you about the front end Dashboard before but is there a way to simply hide some of the dashboard’s tabs? Some of them show to much repetitive information for my audience.

    Hope your Monday is a great start!

    1. Okay, I followed your instructions for file zilla backer theme reinstallation. No improvement on the colorless pies. Afterwards I noticed my “staff picks” section on my homepage was doubled and there was another grid of the same projects directly below it. what can iI do to correct this issue?

    2. Krown dose not seem to be responding to me about the pie issue. Is there any chance they are inactive or no longer in operation?

    3. None of the names of the dashboard tabs like “Account” or “Creator profile” are located in the ignitiondeck-crowdfunding/languages/ file. Are you positive that is the correct file?

    4. Have you had any ID customers run into legal issues with crowdfunding?

    Hello Emma,

    1. No sorry. What I meant was I have some simple Display none type CSS codes in my Appearance > Theme Options > custom CSS field. What I was asking is should I copy and past those CSS codes to Appearance > Edit CSS field? This way they would not be erased by an update. is that correct?

    Secondly, I do not have Appearance>500 Settings option. probably because I am using backer theme.

    2. I originally uploaded my theme through the dashboard so doing it via the FTP is new for me. I tried using my file manager on my c pannal to upload the zip file but to no avail. Do you have a link to a guide or tutorial on uploading a theme via the FTP and “flushing cashes”?All new to me and I could use a step by step dummy version

    3. I just wanted to change the titles of some of the tabs within the Dashboard. Once again this sounds like more trouble than I am willing to make without someone personally on my team with more experience. If it takes that much I will have to weight till I am knowledgeable enough to troubleshoot and fix my own mistakes.

    Hope all is good,

    1. Holy guacamole! It worked. I think it was my simple error in trying to rename the translated files to the exact name as the non-translated files. Once I added the -en_US it worked like a charm. Thank you!

    2. Thanks for clarifying. If I have some Simple CSS code plugged into the “bad” one aka theme style’s CSS can I simply copy and past it to Appearance > Edit CSS?

    3. I have not been able to get a response out of them. can I try reuploading the theme?

    4. Where can I make changes to the tabs located in the front end user dashboard?

    5. If I decided to pay someone to personally help me with this site do you recommend a specific type of developer or criteria to look for?

    Glad to hear you got a laugh out of it! At least I got something going on the website.

    1. I have tried searching for the file or folder named memberdeck-en_US.po/mo in my Bluehost file manager but I am no searching has come up with anything. I corrected the files I originally replaced. So now everything in my file manager should be back to stock. The screenshot you sent me shows a file named ignitiondeck.po in languages. I originally tried to replace the files by this name with the translated ones. I am not sure where else I can look for this member deck file. Can you offer any suggestions? I apologise, this is all new to me and I am trying to understand it.

    2. That worked! I entered the code into the CSS field underApperance> Edit CSS. What is the difference between entering code in this field vs the custom CSS field in under Apperance> theme options?

    3. The first option sounds complex and time-consuming, the second option sounds like it is not quite what I am looking for. I will lay this down and come back to it later after the higher priorities are taken care of.

    4. I see. Thanks for explaining. I will make sure to put that somewhere in the literature on the site!

    5.Krown still has not gotten back to me on this. I tried changing / resaving the colors in the Customise > Colors menu. It has no affect on the actual color of the small pies. Although when I am in customize mode the small pies are shown green. No matter what color I change and save them to the small pies on the site are always gray and the small pies in customize mode are always green.

    1. I Have replaced the translated .po and .mo files into the correct languages folder in my host’s file manager. Still no change to the dashboard field titles. I am using Bluehost. Can you give me descript directions for what I should try next?

    2. Thanks for the link! This is exactly what I was looking for. I have the new local avatar up on the dashboard, but I am just having trouble finding the correct CSS code to make the original gravatar “no show” like Krizatan said.

    3.I see that is quite odd considering there are 2 places to do that on the project creation page. On My page, it has 4 project image upload fields (featured, image-2,3,4) But there is also an add media button on each individual field. Seems a bit redundant to have the project images 2,3,4 fields if I just have to move the photos to the correct fields afterwards. Is there any way to do away with the 3 extra fields?

    4. OK, but the reward levels have an “add media” button. It seems to work most of the time to add photos the reward level long description. Media on reward levels is a great function especially when a physical object is a part of the reward.

    5. Yes. I apologise for not describing that better. The small pies stay grey even when successfully funded. The pies are supposed to be light blue when only partially funded. Yet on the small pies as seen on the Discover page have no color when partially or successfully funded. you can see on the website

    1. I have the files edited correctly and saved, how do I insert them back into the website plugin?

    beyond that I seem to be having some problems with images

    2. There appears to be no way for a user on the front end dashboard to add a profile picture. Is there a way to change this?

    3. Any image beside the featured image is shown no where on the project page. For example when I upload a photo to the “project image-2” field on the “project creation” page, That image is not visible on the front end of the project. Is there something I am missing?

    4. In the “project creation” page when i use the “add media” button on levels 2,3,4,etc. The media I add will at many points get added to level 1 no matter what level I am adding media to. So all the photos go upload to level one and can’t be moved.

    sometimes a quick “save as draft” and “refresh” will correct it, but other times it will not. Is this a fixable bug?

    5. When viewing a list of projects on the “Discover” page, The Backer theme has little pies that load up and show percentages of the backed projects. They are supposed to be green colored, but seem to be lacking color no matter what color I set the small pies to (they just stay a grey color). The funny thing is while in customize mode The color shows up solid green exactly how it should be, but once I leave the customize mode and go to live mode all the pies are grey again. I figured this is a theme problem so I contacted Krown with no response yet. Would you recommend I try reloading the theme? will that mess up the settings on my current site?

    I know this is quite a bit, but I am working hard to get this site in shape to run in a few days. I would be very thankful for any help and words of advice.

    Hope you are making today the best you can.

    1. I tried using moosnap to add a screenshot to this message, but after downloading and installing the app it won’t close open or uninstall. Quite odd. until I figure that out I will have to forgo the screen shots.

    2. I use a Mac, unfortunately Agent Ransack is not something I can use. I am in ignitiondeck-crowdfunding/launguage. I am using POedit and I have all the titles sorted alphabetically. Still many titles like “Company Facebook” and “Company URL” are not present on my list.
    here is where I wish I could show you a screenshot.

    Thank you for the photos very helpful, how do you add screen shots to the form.

    1. Ok I understand and have a functioning email alert, but can I point the user to set up their (stripe connect) in the email?

    2.In the POedit I am editing the translation of the PO file, but some of the terms on the project creation page do not appear on the PO file. For example: “Company Facebook” “Company URL” “Level limit” do not appear in the file. Is there a way to find and edit the title of these fields?

    1. Thanks for the explanation, I have my settings set to 100% threshold. Is there a way to set up an alert/pointer on the front end dashboard when a creator makes a project?

    2. I downloaded POEdit and visited the link, but I am still having trouble understanding what I need to do to edit the project creation labels. Can you explain that better or link me to some existing documentation?

    I hope the world is treating you well and vice versa.

    Yes, it is a 100% threshold projects. I believe I have my settings set to be only 100% threshold for front end creators. Is that possible?

    I completed this Process Pre-authorizations you described above, I now have a charge for the correct amount in my stripe dashboard. Great!
    I will check the accounts soon to make sure the money actually changes hands.

    1. This is fantastic that the transactions appear to be working now, but it would be very inconvenient to manually process many transactions. Is there any way to edit front in project creation to require the front end creator to sign up for Stripe to create a project? For example add the stripe connect to the create a project page?

    2. There are quite a few changes I would like to make to the project creation form, is this possible? if so how.

    I never cloned projects in the first place. I have only been creating projects through the front end. I am still having the same issue with new projects. Yet other problems with the front end project creation are keeping me from solving this one.

    Please get back to me if you can help me find out why no products are being created and linked through the front end create a project.

    That is good news once I get it operational it will be easy to manage.

    I went to IDC>Crowdfunding and the project dropdown menu the project levels were not visible for the project that we were having an issue with.

    I will try to make another project via the front end and see if the same thing happens.

    Thank You, Emma for the extra explanation,

    I deactivated and reactivated the plugins, and it helped but only with a few projects. So the problem still persists with a majority of the projects.

    I have a question that may be related to the issue: When a user creates a project on the front end and I approve it do I still have to manually link each reward of their project and create a product to match it?

    If so I think this process is very tedious and very inconvenient for a site manager with dozens or hundreds of users. I don’t understand why this is required. Is there any way to automate that process where reward levels are automatically usable when created by a user?
