We ran the updates locally and followed all of your instructions. Unfortunately, it did not resolve any of the issues!
Database issues are very likely, but we are unable to fix any IgnitionDeck database issues.
Nothing changed on our end, we only did that plugin update which included the IgnitionDeck plugins.
It gets the successful flag in the database, but not the close flag, but the other project didn’t have any flags.
On QA there are about 5 projects that are all showing closing soon even though the project should be closed.
You should still have QA access so she can check it out on there?

Please Escalate this, as we CANNOT keep manually updating the project statuses like this!
Emma, the problem is the Jumpstarter projects ARE ALL set to ‘Expires on End Date’ setting!
See live example “Glorious Splendour Christian Book Launch” which should have had the IgnitionDeck system show the “SUCCESSFUL” banner from 1 April 2021! http://prntscr.com/1178wkq
This is NOT happening!
Emma, we pushed the WordPress updates to our QA testing site, and the “ENDING SOON” banner is still showing, so this needs to be urgently escalated with IgnitionDeck!!

Note that the posts and pages issue only occurs when plugins: IgnitionDeck Croundfunding and IgnitionDeck are enabled. This does not happen when plugins: IgnitionDeck and IgnitionDeck Commerce are enabled on their own.
No error is displayed in the WP admin panel and the browser’s dev console.
Below is what happens with all three plugins enabled (IgnitionDeck, IgnitionDeck Commerce & IgnitionDeck Croundfunding)
When opening a new post, it’ll take ~25 minutes until the page finishes loading, but the editor does not display. Fatal error below will display in the WordPress debug log.

All other filters are working but this one that required to add a field in the form is NOT working.

We are trying to add custom post field to Projects post type, but our developer is unable to extend the IgnitionDeck after reading your documentation.

1) some users say they tried editing the project a few times – and when submitting, it fails.

We spent a lot purchasing IgnitionDeck Enterprise and Fundify, and CANNOT afford to hire a developer to do more customisation!

We were under the impression that the IgnitionDeck Enterprise renewal was simply to keep access to IgnitionDeck Enterprise support – NOT DISABLE the entire use of IgnitionDeck Enterprise FUNCTIONALITY?!
We have been successfully using IgnitionDeck for the past 3 years!
Jumpstarter Crowdfunding is a registered Non-profit Organisation in South Africa and the START A CAMPAIGN page NO LONGER loads – so NO-ONE can enter details for their project needing crowdfunding!!
Please, we are DESPERATE!
What changed between now and when it last worked is IgnitionDeck Enterprise renewal was not actioned (ended end of November 2018), due to funding challenges.

A Backer updated us that upon Payment pledged, it appears the notification to user and Project Creator DOES NOT happen?
We do have an issue, as main Jumpstarter database is sitting on JumpstarterSA.co.za (as that was where OLD Jumpstarter Fundify theme site was moved to) for new Jumpstarter IgnitionDeck Enterprise site build to be fresh, earlier in 2017 when it was completed.
–> we are busy with Jumpstarter database move from JumpstarterSA.co.za to Jumpstarter.co.za
PayGate is Jumpstarter payment processor (NOT PayPal), as we have a merchant account through Standard Bank, to deposit funds directly into our First National bank (FNB)
