IgnitionDeck Enterprise offers two workflows for project approval:
1. Manual administrator approval (default)
Project submissions can be saved as drafts, or submitted to admins for approval. Upon submission, the project’s status will change to pending and both admin and creator will receive an email stating that the project has been submitted for approval.
At this point, the admin can publish the project by manually changing its status to “publish,” or communicate directly with the creator in order to resolve the issues that prevent it from being approved.
2. Automatic approval
This option allows creators to skip the approval workflow and publish without administrator approval. Enabling this workflow is as easy as changing a single setting in the IDC->Enterprise settings menu.
Once this is done, creators will see a “Publish Project” button instead of a “Submit for Review” button.
