IgnitionDeck Commerce includes the ability to enable offline purchases, where your customers are able to perform a checkout action on a product on your website, acting as a promise to pay. Administrators can then take payment outside the platform, and provide instructions for it via the Member Dashboard.
The enable, navigate to the IDC>Gateways screen. In the upper right of the gateways screen is a checkbox for ‘Enable Offline Purchases’. Check this and click Save Gateway Settings at the bottom.
The customer will be presented with the option to select Offline Checkout if you have other gateways enabled (such as PayPal and/or Credit Card).
When no other gateway is enabled, then the customer will be presented with the Offline Checkout option automatically.
