Shipping information can be captured by turning on the Shipping option in IDC > CRM Settings > Profile Settings. The Shipping fields on the checkout should also be enabled in IgnitionDeck > Modules > Shipping on Checkout.
The shipping fields are activated in the Account tab of the member dashboard enabling the supporter to enter the most current shipping information. This information will be included in the project’s Data Export. The Data export is available as a CSV file from the IDC > General Settings for the site admin (IgnitionDeck Echelon and IgnitionDeck Enterprise) or from the export link on the project in the My Projects tab for IgnitionDeck Enterprise project creators.
