The IgnitionDeck Commerce provides an Order Data Export that can be downloaded as a CSV file containing the transactions made on the IgnitionDeck Commerce products; the products could be attached to a project’s reward levels or sold as a standalone product by the site. If the Shipping information has been turned on in the supporter’s Profile tab from IDC > CRM Settings > Shipping Information and/or available on the checkout form by turning on the IgnitionDeck > Modules > Shipping on Checkout, the supporter’s mailing address will be included as part of the export data.
The data export is available for the site administrators with either the IgnitionDeck Echelon or IgnitionDeck Enterprise licenses. Navigate to IDC > CRM Settings and scroll down to the bottom of that menu:
Select the product from the drop menu. Click Start Export. A download prompt will be made in the browser to save the file to your computer.
A data export is available to project creators via their dashboard with the IgnitionDeck Enterprise license. Navigate to the My Projects tab and hover over the project to be exported. Four icons will appear; the far right icon is the link for the export.
