White Screen of Death

Hey there, lovin’ the plugin… BUT

I was editing a few of the plugin files (including text_variables.php) then all of the sudden BAM, White Screen of Death.

I went through and trouble-shot the issue according to the forum:

1. Deactivated plugins folder (success)
2. Upped my PHP memory limit to 96 (no success)
3. Deactivated just ignitiondeck in the plugins folder (success)

Looks like the ignitiondeck plugin is causing the issue…. How should I go about fixing this?
1. Maybe go back and upload the original text_variables.php file? (sucess!!!)

Ok… now how do I prevent this from happening in the future?

It’s likely that while making edits you left out a bracket, apostrophe, or semi-colon somewhere. That would be my best guess.
